Regency Insurance Brokers Ltd are one of the largest independent intermediaries in the South West. We arrange general insurance for our clients ranging from personal lines to commercial.
Being an independent intermediary means we are not tied to any one insurance company and are able to offer totally independent advice. We have access to leading insurers in the market place such as Aviva, Zurich and AXA, which allows us to provide our clients with the suitable cover at a competitive price.
But our service does not stop at the sale of a policy. We continue to work with our clients throughout their time with us - if a claim is made we work on their behalf, working with the insurance company to ensure any valid claims are processed and settled as quickly as possible. At the renewal stage, we review each policy to ensure it remains suitable for our client.
One of the main objectives of Regency Insurance Brokers Ltd is to provide a complete service which meets our customers' insurance needs - from Buildings and Contents right through to Complex Commercial.
By placing all of your policies with us it allows you to deal with one broker. With most commercial cases and large household insurance you will be assigned your own Account Manager who will be your personal contact within Regency, so all of your insurance needs are met and managed by one person.
