Regardless of the price paid for the product if you do not maximise your sales opportunity then the price paid is irrelevant, poor sales result in poor levels of income.
Regency is a truly independent general insurance administration & schemes provider with no ties or affiliations with any lenders or insurers. Working closely with our client, our aim is to exceed expectations and achieve industry leading sales penetration levels.
The key to the outstanding success of previous Regency schemes has been our attention to detail with regard to the level of product knowledge and sales support we drive into our clients business.
We visit every outlet monthly to provide the following support;
- Product help & advice
- Product knowledge training
- Target setting - Short & long term goals
- Monthly performance monitoring compared to set goals
- Retrain & advise to help maintain or improve performance
- Sharing Best Practice
- Monthly league tables & personal recognition promoting a competitive spirit
- Introduction and management of sales incentive schemes
In addition to the monthly presence of our support team, we will produce and distribute monthly performance reports by means of a dedicated account manager. The detailed management information reports will identify the “Best to worst” performers by;
- Volume of policies sold
- Premium income
- Commission income
- Conversion level
- Level of lost income
The monthly MI will be reviewed and the strategy for the coming month agreed between the dedicated account manager and our business partner. By working together and having the full support of the client and their management team, Regency will be able to realise the full scheme potential.
Regency’s scheme ability resulted in us becoming the largest insurance administrator in our sector with more than 400 directly employed staff issuing up to 50,000 new policies per week and handling 20,000 incoming mail items per month.
